The multi-family building was built in 1965 and consists of 16 apartments. The well maintained garden can be jointly used by all tenants. Parking spaces for lease are available in the backyard.
Furnishings
The 1,5 to 3 room apartments are mostly equipped with laminate. Each apartment has a spacious balcony and its own bathroom. It is heated by a central oil heating system.
Location
The river called "Havel" and the harbour in the old town of Spandau is reached in less than 15 minutes walk, as well as various restaurants and shops for daily needs. The bus stop is reached within 1 minute walk. The bus line 134 offers connection to the historic city of Spandau, as well as the shopping center "Spandau Arcaden" and connection to the metro, subway and regional train station Spandau. Three different metro lines (S3, S5, S9) and several regional trains offers fast connection to all major train stations in Berlin, such as Ostkreuz, Ostbahnhof, Alexanderplatz, Friedrichstrasse, the central station "Hauptbahnhof" and Zoologischer Garten. Numerous bus lines are easily accessible.

Spandau as the fourth largest district of Berlin located in the western part of Berlin, right on the river "Havel".
