The apartment and office building was built in 1908 and is centrally located on the federal road in Eberswalde. The 4-storey building offers 11 apartments and a large doctor's office on the ground floor. The green garden in the backyard can be used as a joint garden by all tenants.
Most of the apartments are heated by a central gas heating system. The apartments in the attic, as well as the practice on the ground floor, are supplied by a gas boiler which is installed in the basement of the building. About 1000 hectare are provided for recovery for inhabitants of Eberswalde. 271 hectare are safed as wildlife and nature reserve and approx. 1080 hectare are served as commercial forest.
The canal "Finowkanal" crosses the city center and the northern border of Eberswalde adjoins the canal "Oder-Havel-Kanal".
Not only Eberwalde's nature, but the large offer of educational establishments like primary schools and colleges attracts families with children and young people to Eberswalde. Leisure activities in sports associations and recreational facilities are in the immediate vicinity.
