The three-storey multi-family building is located in the idyllic community Fredersdorf-Vogelsdorf in immediate vicinity to the metro train station "Fredersdorf". The facility was fully reconstructed in 2002 and consists of three beautifully designed apartments.The property has a spacious solid brick shed, a well-kept green area and a big carport, which offers two parking spaces.

The community Fredersdorf-Vogelsdorf was founded in 1993 and was formed from the two independent towns Fredersdorf and Vogelsdorf.
