The apartment and office building with its 19 apartments and one commercial unit is located both in Fontanestraße, as well as in Feldstraße in Hennigsdorf. It is a free-standing, very well maintained front corner house on an approx. 1100m² large property. The building has an underground level and an expendable attic. Since 1990, parts of the house have been reconstructed to provide today's standards and modern facilities in the units.

The apartments are very spacious with large kitchens and bathrooms. The entire apartments are brightly lit by modern and large insulated glass windows. The bathrooms and kitchens are both completely tiled white and provided with windows. The metro train line S25 goes directly through the entire city of Berlin and even to Teltow. Several bus lines offer connection to Berlin-Spandau, Oranienburg, Hohen Neuendorf and Velten. In Hennigsdorf you are just as well connected by train as by car. Berlin's city highway A111 with connection to the city highway A10 (Berliner Ring) is reached within 5 minutes.
