The multi-family building is located on a 400m² property in Alte Berliner Straße 67 in Hoppegarten. The entire facade is decorated with stucco and painted in warm colors. The building is well maintained and generously designed. Some apartments are equipped with original 19th century stoves. In total, the apartment building consists of three floors and an extended attic.
A carport and a small green joint garden are provided for in the backyard.

The beautiful apartments are located in "Alte Berliner Straße" close to Berlin's city limits. They are beautifully designed and have spacious kitchens, which are partly provided with built-in furniture. Most of the apartments are equipped with either laminate or carpet. The bathrooms are completely tiled and generally provided with a bathtub.
Location
The multi-family building is very conveniently located and in a prime location in the municipality Hoppegarten, only a few kilometers from Berlin's city center. The idyllic multi-family facility adjoins the green nature reserve Neuenhagener Mühlenfließ. The next largest metro train station "Hoppegarten" is reached in just 7 minutes by bus. The center of Berlin can be accessed in 20 minutes by metro train (line S5). 5 different bus lines connect Hoppegarten with Münchehofe, Hönow and Altlandsberg. By car, the city center of Berlin is just as quickly reached as by train. The main road B1 with connection to the motorway A10 (Berliner Ring) is almost right on the doorstep.

The former racetrack community Hoppegarten is located in the western part of the district Märkisch-Oderland in the state of Brandenburg, only a few kilometers from Berlin's city limits. The idyllic natural preserve "Neuenhagener Mühlenfließ" is very close to the facility and invites its visitors to walk, hike, cycle or swim. There are many attractive leisure activities for families with children in- and outdoors in numerous sports, dance and cultural associations. Various recreational activities and excursions with friends in support and assistance facilities are offered for seniors. Above all, the community of Hoppegarten is known for its famous horse racetrack, where not only races, but also various other events, such as weddings, concerts and festivals take place.
