The apartment and office building consists of a front and a rear building, which are connected by a solid brick shed in the courtyard. Both buildings provide 4 storeys, an underground level and are solid and well maintained. The front building also has balconies to the courtyard. In total there are 16 apartments and 2 commercial units on the property.
Furnishings
The apartments are very nicely designed and brightly lit by beautiful large windows. The old windows were replaced with high-quality insulating glass windows. The bathrooms are mostly modern, tiled in white and also very spacious. Also worth mentioning is the beautiful staircase with its many old details from the turn of the century. The beautiful and well-kept green area in the yard can be used as a joint garden by all tenants and bike racks are available. The building is fully built on a basement level, where separate basement compartments are provided.

The apartment is located in Bernauer Strasse in the city of Oranienburg in Brandenburg. The metro and regional train station "Oranienburg" is within 10 minutes walking distance. Several regional train lines to Templin City, Berlin-Lichtenberg and Ostkreuz, to Potsdam and Birkenwerder and even to Stralsund and Rostock are accessible. The metro train line S1 offers connections to many major train stations in Berlin like Friedrichstraße and Berlin-Wannsee.
The city highway A10 (Berliner Ring) is only about 10 minutes away. The federal highway B273, which connects Potsdam, the southwest, and Bernau, the northwest, with Berlin, is in the immediate vicinity. Numerous shops and a medical center are within walking distance and accessible without transportation.
