The apartment and office building consists of a front and a rear building, which are connected by a solid brick shed in the courtyard. Both buildings provide 4 storeys, an underground level and are solid and well maintained. The front building also has balconies to the courtyard. The apartments are very nicely designed and brightly lit by beautiful large windows. The old windows were replaced with high-quality insulating glass windows. The bathrooms are mostly modern, tiled in white and also very spacious. Also worth mentioning is the beautiful staircase with its many old details from the turn of the century.
