The multi-family building was built 1910 and fully reconstructed in 2017. It consists of an underground level and 7 spacious units spread over 3 floors. Some old floorboards and frame and panel doors could be maintained. Some apartments are provided with a separate garden on the property.

The roof tiles, the heating and the electric system have been renewed within the last 6 years. A central gas heating system with hot water supply is installed for all apartments.
Location
The multi-family building is located very centrally in the municipality Rüdersdorf. The next bus stop is reached within 2 minutes by foot and offers connection to the metro train station Fredersdorf (line S5 to all major stations of Berlin). A pharmacy, food discounter, general practitioner, a kindergarten and various schools are in the immediate vicinity. The swimming area of the lake called "Kalksee" can be reached within 7 minutes by car.

After a few steps you are in nature and can walk between forests and lakes, go hiking and recover from the stresses of everyday life.
