Facility discription
These are two well-kept multi-family buildings located on a 3170m² property. 10 of the in total 14 apartments are available in the front building, while the remaining 4 apartments are in the rear building. Both buildings were fully reconstructed in 1999/2000 and are in very good condition. The spacious property can be used as a joint garden by all tenants and is located directly on the canal called "Kalkgraben".
Furnishings
The apartments have tiled bathrooms, as well as a tiled kitchens. Laminate is laid in most of the living rooms. Some apartments have a built-in kitchen provided by the landlord. A separate basement room is assigned to each tenant. As part of the reconstruction, all windows were renewed and the roof professionally insulated. One highlight is the 3170m² large property, which is located directly on the water. A small lagoon let the garden be a cozy feel-good place.

The multi-family facility is located in Rudolf-Breitscheid-Straße, directly on the canal "Kalkgraben". The closest bus and tram stops are reached after a 2 minutes walk. Berlin's highway (A10 Berliner Ring) is reached after a 5 minutes drive and the airport Schönefeld within 35 minutes. Doctors, offices, schools, day-care centers, supermarkets and other shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. Rüdersdorf offers many leisure opportunities: Either going to concerts in the arts center, paddling on the canal "Kalkgraben", bike riding through the surrounding cities or simply enjoying the idyllic nature.

The official municipality Rüdersdorf is located in the district Märkisch-Oderland in Brandenburg. It has a population of approx. 16.000 people and is located about 30 kilometers east of the center of Berlin. Rüdersdorf is a popular place of residence due to fast and easy traffic connection via Berlin's highway A10 (Berliner Ring) to the capital. More and more families with children and young people are moving to Berlin's suburbs. All amenities of daily needs such as doctors, offices and various shops are in the immediate vicinity. After a few steps you are in nature and can walk between forests and lakes, go hiking and recover from the stresses of everyday life.
