The multi-family building is a romantically designed villa in Strausberg, a quiet suburb of Berlin, in Ernst-Thälmann-Straße on a property of approx. 2300m². It is built with a basement level, 4 floors, an attic and 19 apartments in total. The entire property was comprehensively reconstructed both inside and outside from 2012 to 2013.
