Facility discription
The multi-family building is a romantically designed villa in Strausberg, a quiet suburb of Berlin, in Ernst-Thälmann-Straße on a property of approx. 2300m². It is built with a basement level, 4 floors, an attic and 19 apartments in total. The entire property was comprehensively reconstructed both inside and outside from 2012 to 2013. Several parking spaces and bike racks are provided in the yard.
Furnishings
The apartments are spacious, functional designed and provided with the requirements of a modern apartment. Most of the living rooms are provided with beautiful real wood mosaic parquet. The kitchens and bathrooms are completely tiled. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower or bathtub and some even have a towel dryer. In a few apartments the kitchens are furnished with an electric stove and a sink, provided by the landlord. The beautiful large windows are made of a special plastic insulating glass, which increases the thermal insulation and also the facade of the entire building is provided with a thermal insulation to save heating costs in the long-term. In addition, a new central gas heating system was installed. Parking spaces for rent and bike racks are available on the property. In addition, 10 sheds were built on the rear of the property and can be rented as storage space by the tenants.
Location
Public transport connection is almost at the door. The bus stop and 8 different bus lines can be reached in a few minutes. Within 4 minutes by bus you are at the metro train station Strausberg, from there you have connection to Berlin metro train, as well as regional train and buses.
Berlin's highway (A10 Berliner Ring) is accessible in 10 to 15 minutes by car and provides fast access to Berlin's city center.
The popular lake called "Straussee", one of the most beautiful water in the suburbs of Berlin, can be reached by car in 5 minutes and is a perfect destination for families with children or to relax with friends. Shops for daily needs are within easy walking distance.

Strausberg is a very idyllic city in the suburbs of Berlin. Because of its surrounding forests and lakes, Strausberg is also known as "The Green City by the Lake". It has a population of approx. 30.000 people and offers not only scenic shore-lines and neat and tidy bathing areas, but also welcomes its visitors to explore the numerous hiking, biking and horse-back riding trails. Whether for families with children or simply as a place to relax with friends - the leisure possibilities range from rowing and fishing opportunities in nature, to a modern indoor swimming pool with solarium and sauna, various museums and a beautifully restored old town.
Well connected: Strausberg has 4 train stations, which are connected to Berlin's metro and subway network. In addition, the city is well connected via regional train. Numerous bus lines and the tram line within Strausberg provide fast and easy connection and connect the outskirts of Strausberg with its city center.
