The multi-family house, built in 1925, is located on a plot of 887 m² in the quiet Berlin suburb of Strausberg. On 2 floors and a converted attic are 3 apartments, which are accessible via a staircase built on the side in 2000. On the property is a car parking space, as well as a garden, which is provided proportionally to the tenants.
Furnishings
In the course of a modernization in 1995 in all apartments gas floor heating systems were installed, the bathrooms were equipped with bathtubs and/or showers and tiled. The floors of all apartments were either tiled or laid with laminate.

The apartment building is located in a parallel street to Ernst-Thälmann-Straße, one of the main streets of Strausberg. In only 5 minutes walking distance you can reach the streetcar stop Landhausstraße, from where you can quickly get to the train station Strausberg. Alternatively, this can be reached within 15 minutes on foot. Here you will find connections to the Berlin S-Bahn, as well as regional trains and buses, and by car you can reach the highway (A10 Berliner Ring) in just 20 minutes.
