Built in 1890, the apartment building with a beautiful facade has a converted attic and 3 apartments, which provide different cuts and sizes. In 2009 and 2010 the listed building was extensively renovated, in 2015 two apartments were fully renovated.
In the course of several modernization steps, on the one hand the very beautiful character of this listed Gründerzeit house was preserved, on the other hand several equipment elements were brought to the current state of the art. Two apartments were fully renovated in 2015.
