Facility discription
The three-storey multi-family house with its attractive facade is located in the idyllic community of Fredersdorf-Vogelsdorf in Brandenburg on the eastern border of Berlin. It was fully reconstructed in 2008 and consists of five apartments. The staircase is very well maintained. The property with a size of 710m² provides an old stone building, which is used as a warehouse. A small, well-kept green area with a water well is designed by all tenants and can be used as a joint garden.
Furnishings
The apartments are located in a reconstructed multi-family building in Ernst-Thälmann-Straße in Fredersdorf close to Berlin's city limits. They are equipped with a wooden floor and beautiful old doors.
The heating and hot water supply is provided by a central gas heating system. A small green area on the property is maintained and used as a joint garden by all tenants. A water well in the yard can be used by the tenants to get non-potable water.
Location
The facility is located in Ernst-Thälmann-Straße close to the metro train station "Fredersdorf" and next to the nature reserve "Fredersdorfer Mühlenfließ".
The residential area, in which the modern reconstructed apartment building is located, is characterized by green landscapes with forests and meadows, as well as farmland and small lakes. Various shopping facilities, all doctors and pharmacies as well as restaurants and various service companies are located in the immediate vicinity and offer a high quality of living.
The metro train (line S5) offers direct connection to all major train stations in Berlin such as the Ostbahnhof, Alexanderplatz, Hauptbahnhof, Friedrichstrasse and Zoologischer garten. Within 30 minutes by car you are in Berlin's city center, as Berlin's city highway A10 is only a stone's throw away.

The community Fredersdorf-Vogelsdorf was founded in 1993 and was formed from the two independent towns Fredersdorf and Vogelsdorf. It has a population of more than 13.000 people and is located in the district of Märkisch-Oderland in Brandenburg, in the eastern surroundings of Berlin. With its quick and easy public transportation network, Fredersdorf became a popular place of residence for families with children and young people.
The metro train network (line S5) offers fast connection to Berlin and stops at all important stations like Ostkreuz, Ostbahnhof, Alexanderplatz, Friedrichstrasse, Hauptbahnhof and Zoologischer Garten. The federal highway B1 with its direct connection to Berlin's highway A10 "Berliner Ring" offers fast and easy access to Berlin's city center.
