The three-storey multi-family house with its attractive facade is located in the idyllic community of Fredersdorf-Vogelsdorf in Brandenburg on the eastern border of Berlin. It was fully reconstructed in 2008 and consists of five apartments. The staircase is very well maintained. The property with a size of 710m² provides an old stone building, which is used as a warehouse. A small, well-kept green area with a water well is designed by all tenants and can be used as a joint garden.
The apartments are located in a reconstructed multi-family building in Ernst-Thälmann-Straße in Fredersdorf close to Berlin's city limits. They are equipped with a wooden floor and beautiful old doors.

The community Fredersdorf-Vogelsdorf was founded in 1993 and was formed from the two independent towns Fredersdorf and Vogelsdorf.
