The property is built up with two multi-family buildings. The old building was built in 1900 and the new building is from 1996. A warehouse is located in between these two multi-family buildings and offers plenty of storage space.

The property is centrally located in the municipality Hoppegarten, only a few kilometers from Berlin's city limits. The residential area is very quiet area and located directly on the idyllic lake called "Haussee". Within 10 minutes the subway station Hönow is reached. The subway train line U5 offers connection to the metro and subway train stations "Lichtenberg", "Frankfurter Allee" and "Alexanderplatz". By car, Berlin's city center can be reached via the main road B1 with connection to the city highway A10 (Berliner Ring).
Hönow is a very family-friendly district and a very idyllic place to live. Various day-care facilities , schools, offices, doctors and supermarkets are all nearby.

The former racetrack community Hoppegarten is located in the western part of the district Märkisch-Oderland in the state of Brandenburg, only a few kilometers from Berlin's city limits. The idyllic natural preserve "Neuenhagener Mühlenfließ" is very close to the facility and invites its visitors to go walking, hiking, cycling or swimming. There are many attractive leisure activities for families with children in- and outdoors in numerous sports, dance and cultural associations. Seniors are offered various recreational activities and excursions with friends in support and assistance facilities.
Above all, the Hoppegarten community is known for its famous horse racetrack, where not only races, but also various other events, such as weddings, concerts and festivals take place.
