Facility discription
The office and business building that was built partly in the 1960s and partly in die 1980s, provides roundabout 2500 m² of lettable area on three storeys. Because of its structure, the building comes up with small rental units (ca. 15 m²) as well as larger rental units (ca. 220 m²). The spacious property (6000 m²) offers room for numerous parking spaces that can be rented as well.

The solidly constructed building has a full basement and is heated by oil central heating. All windows are equipped with plastic insulating glass (WSG, 2-fold). A large-scale photovoltaic system is located on the gently sloping roof with bitumen covering.
Location
The commercial is located in Sachsenhausener Straße in the city of Oranienburg in Brandenburg. It is only about a 15-minute walk from the Oranienburg train station. Several regional trains leave here, for example to Templin Stadt, Berlin-Lichtenberg and to Ostkreuz, to Potsdam and to Birkenwerder and even to Stralsund/Rostock. The S-Bahn line S1 runs through the entire Berlin capital to Berlin Wannsee. All bus lines run from the bus station.
By car, you are just as well connected. The A10 autobahn, which runs once around Berlin and therefore bears the name Berliner Ring, is only about 10 minutes away. The B273 federal highway, which begins in Potsdam and ends northwest of Bernau on the A11, is also in the immediate vicinity. Around the building there are numerous shopping facilities and a medical center - all within walking distance and without transportation.

The city of Oranienburg has about 45.000 inhabitants and is located in the northern part of Brandenburg, about 15 to 20 kilometers north of Berlin. Oranienburg is also known as the "City by the Water" as it is located directly on the lake called "Lehnitzsee" and the river "Havel". Many forests, meadows and landscapes, as well as having Berlin in the immediate vicinity, make Oranienburg a sighed-for place of residence. It offers many leisure opportunities: An own adventure outdoor pool for what Berlin citizens even come around, a city library, a climbing park, a pony courtyard, the popular shopping center called "Havelpark" and so much more. Even the oldest baroque castle in Brandenburg, which attracts tourists from all over the world, is located in Oranienburg.
