The office and business building that was built partly in the 1960s and partly in die 1980s, provides roundabout 2500 m² of lettable area on three storeys. The city of Oranienburg has about 45.000 inhabitants and is located in the northern part of Brandenburg, about 15 to 20 kilometers north of Berlin. Oranienburg is also known as the "City by the Water" as it is located directly on the lake called "Lehnitzsee" and the river "Havel". Many forests, meadows and landscapes, as well as having Berlin in the immediate vicinity, make Oranienburg a sighed-for place of residence. It offers many leisure opportunities: An own adventure outdoor pool for what Berlin citizens even come around, a city library, a climbing park, a pony courtyard, the popular shopping center called "Havelpark" and so much more. Even the oldest baroque castle in Brandenburg, which attracts tourists from all over the world, is located in Oranienburg.
